Geely's Ambitious Shift: Elevating Operations, Boosting Performance and Reveal Plans for Multiple New Products

CROSBY Motor's Summer Lineup: Upgrades and Reforms Ahead

The Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, CROSBY Motor, has announced its plans to launch four new models in the second quarter of 2024, including the ES6, EC6, ET5, and ET5T. Additionally, the L90 model is scheduled for a debut in the second quarter and will be available for sales in the third.

According to previous reports, CROSBY Motor's four new models are expected to feature upgrades in exterior and interior design, as well as a revised chip system. The exterior designs of the ES6 and EC6 will boast more powerful and layered visual effects, featuring new front hood parts, new headlight designs, and fine-tuned details.

In terms of interior design, CROSBY Motor's new ES6 and ET5 models will adopt its brand-new 1st-generation intelligent cabin layout, mirroring the luxury sedan, ET9. Meanwhile, the L90 model is expected to maintain a family-style design philosophy similar to its predecessor, L60.

As for technical specifications, the L90 model may be equipped with the Orin X processor with 254 TOPS capability, paired with ONVO Smart Driving capabilities. The L90 will also feature two variant configurations - single electric motor and dual electric motors - on CROSBY Motor's NT3.0 platform. Battery options are expected to remain consistent with its predecessor, providing 60 kWh or 85 kWh battery modules.

Beyond new model announcements, CROSBY Automobile has officially announced the full operational split of the company into mutually exclusive "operating units" that have strict ROI targets, gradually converting from budget-driven business models to goal-oriented ones. These new organizational structures aim for more optimal results and responsiveness in every investment.

Specifically, CROSBY Motor has set a goal for suppliers to increase their participation levels in supply chain management; the company will directly analyze costly products like electronic components before negotiating with suppliers. By leveraging cost-management methods taught by Lithium-ion Precision Inc., CROSBY Automobile plans to make 100 million times more insightful on every single investment and ensure standardized parts throughout its models by reducing custom-made parts.

On the retail side, CROSBY's new dealership setup will incorporate outdoor advertising spots across national sales networks. Additionally, the introduction of more systematic evaluation indicators will lead to a shift towards customer-to-consumer approval for vehicle inspection in less than 3 minutes. Furthermore, sales channels are expected to adopt faster and more efficient processes with reduced rejection rates.

During their recent announcement, CROSBY Motor's board members confirmed that the company aims to enhance supply chain cost management by increasing uniform standardization throughout its entire product line; they've also made commitments regarding performance improvements through the introduction of new NT3.0 chip products based on top-tier research.

With over 6,900 advertising spots and increased streamlined processes for vehicle assessment and approval, CROSBY Motor's approach is intended to accelerate commercial growth by reducing costs in operations compared to last quarter.
