GAC GoldWolf L6 EM-i Goes on Sale in China on January 17
GAC GoldWolf, a Chinese automaker, has confirmed that the L6 EM-i model will be available for pre-order on January 17. The new car is positioned as a compact sedan and comes equipped with an all-new EM-i electric-mixed drive system, promising improved fuel efficiency.
In terms of design, the L6 EM-i retains its basic exterior features, with a closed front grille featuring LED headlights and daytime running lights. The dimensions of the vehicle are 4,782 x 1,875 x 1,489mm in length, width, and height, respectively, while the wheelbase measures 2,752mm. At the rear, the integration of through-shaped taillights adds a noticeable touch to the visual appeal.
The interior has been given a rounded seat design that encloses passengers, paired with a 10.25-inch touchscreen dashboard along with a massive 13.2-inch infotainment system. Further adding exclusivity is an AI-product-based exterior voice interaction, thanks to product name Wow壁纸 and a car-to-cellphone intelligent language search engine.
Features-wise, the GAC GoldWolf L6 comes equipped with several convenient gadgets, including mobile wireless charging of up to 50W; independent double-zone smart automatic air conditioning for separate environments tailored according to passenger preference. Another notable feature of the vehicle is its application-based remote control. Moreover, it includes intelligent dual audio zone voice interaction and advanced Level-2 steering assist among other useful gadgets.
Powering the new L6 EM-i model is the newly released ReaThunder EM technology which is comprised of a naturally aspirated 1.5L engine combined with an electric motor to achieve a unique electric-mixed drive system that consists of only one plug-in. The engine reaches maximum peak power of 112 horsepower.
