New OTA Upgrade Rolled Out for Honda e

A recent report from the manufacturer has confirmed that the smart mobility division of Honda, known as Smartserv, is releasing an Over-the-air (OTA) update for the Honda e. The update, which promises further enhancements to various key functionalities, includes over 30 significant upgrades across six major domains.

Among these upgraded features are significant advancements in driving experience. Users can now enjoy features such as advanced NCA ring-traffic control (环岛通行), enhanced emergency braking capabilities on uneven terrain, lane-departure warning and preventing collisions with obstacles, automatic driver assistance, directional and obstacle avoidance, improved navigation, parking support for preferred side or rear positioning, multi-faceted updates to passenger experience, and more.

The update also includes improvements in augmented reality visual displays and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), such as 3D views with integrated maps. Furthermore, significant enhancements have been made to Smart Voice AI assistant, Smart seats, in-car audio support for rearview cameras, and improved overall driving experiences through updates to cabin infotainment, seats, and more.

This new update promises a comprehensive series of upgrades that highlight Honda's ongoing commitment to enhancing safety and convenience in the modern urban environment.
