P7+ Big Dipper Sales Record Smashed by Xiaopeng, Firm Vows to Maintain Quality Supplies

As of 11:07 PM on November 7th, Xiaopeng Motors' sales data for the P7 plus model has revealed a staggering 31,528 units sold, shattering all previous records held by the company. The massive order has resulted in a server crash at Xiaopeng's end, resulting in an apology from the CEO, Mr. He Yi (何小鹏).

In response to the extraordinary demand, Mr. He Yi emphasized that the company will prioritize quality and supply reliability going forward.

The P7 plus officially went on sale on November 7th evening, with prices ranging from RMB 18.68 million to RMB 21.88 million. Classified as a mid-to-large-sized sedan, this new model equips an advanced AI Tenor XOS 5.4.0 system, the Eagle Eye Vision driving assistance scheme, dual NVIDIA DRIVE Orin Brain-Computer Chip and high-end HUAWEI Flagship-level 8295P Engine Control Processor for Smart Driving and Smart Seating Features.

The dimensions of this new car measure 5056mm in length, 1937mm in width, and 1512mm in height. Compared to the existing P7 model currently available, both exterior size and wheelbase have increased.

For electric driving capabilities, CLTC ranges are measured at 602km, 710km, and 685km, respectively. The single motor equipped with four-wheel drive outputs an astonishing 180kW from 230kW. With a power output of 245Nm and 313Nm, the P7 plus boasts accelerated speeds up to 60MPH in just 6.9 seconds.

In line with its advanced chassis structure, charging efficiency is surprisingly high – requiring only approximately 0.33 hours (10%-80%) for fast recharge.
