New Dsong DD-i SUV to Debut on February 28th
The new version of the Dsung Dsng DD-i SUV, equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, is set to hit the market on February 28th. This mid-cycle facelifted model brings several upgrades to its exterior design.
Upon closer examination, the new SUV notably lacks the extensive chrome grille, instead adopting a fresh and modern overall appearance reminiscent of electric vehicles. Additionally, its front fascia has been upgraded with advanced, high-tech LED headlights. These sophisticated LED components are divided into distinct sections for better functionality and an enhanced dynamic impression. Furthermore, it also showcases an entirely revised color scheme with the brand new TaoKu Blue finish.
The rear end of the vehicle maintains its previous format, adhering to traditional styling while incorporating a cohesive approach through its taillamps and additional aerodynamic components that provide good spatial contrast and depth perception through their varied shapes. Dimensions are measured as 4620×1917×1629 mm with road width at 2700mm.
The powertrain setup of the new Dsng DD-i will incorporate an updated engine coupled with a high-performance electric motor unit, combining for a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Drive System that has the following specs: Max Power Output from Engine to be 123kW. The 110km range can be fully accomplished via its large 21.1kWh battery package.
