Toyotra RAV4 2026 Release: New Design and Features Unveiled
The upcoming second-generation Toyota RAV4 has been making headlines, with recently leaked spy shots revealing a glimpse of its new design. A newly rendered image of the car has also surfaced, offering a closer look at its features.
According to industry insiders, the new RAV4 is expected to officially debut in 2026 and will be produced on the TNGA-K platform, which is also used by other Toyota models, including the previous generation RAV4. This means that many of the existing parts from the current model will be retained, while receiving an updated family design aesthetic.
The new design features a C-shaped LED headlight system, similar to the one found on the latest Camry. A prominent central strip adorns the front grille, paying homage to Toyota's new design language for its models. The car is also expected to have an increased wheelbase, which will no doubt improve its interior space and comfort.
While some details remain under wraps, it can be inferred that many of the existing parts from the current RAV4 have been kept intact, such as the roof pillars, rearview mirrors, door handles.
