Zero-Run Unveils New Compact SUV B10 at Guangzhou Auto Show
The 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show officially kicked off on November 15, introducing the latest addition to the Zero-Run brand family - the B10 compact SUV. Priced between 10-15 million yuan (approximately $1.43-$2.13 million USD), the new model is set to enter the market in March 2025.
Exterior Design
Designed with a focus on innovation, the Zero-Run B10 boasts an aerodynamic body featuring a closed-air net mesh and split-style headlights on both sides, complemented by LED daytime running lights. The front end also features a unique matrix pattern, while the exterior is designed to convey movement and dynamism.
The rear of the vehicle incorporates the latest trend in automotive design - a slotted grille that creates an unmistakable visual effect, alongside two distinct LED tail lights on both sides. These distinctive elements, such as the black triangle-shaped element above the license plate light box and a high-mounted auxiliary brake light, demonstrate Zero-Run's signature style.
Technology Features
Zero-Run has also showcased its latest advancements in automotive technology - the B10 comes equipped with cutting-edge Huawei Kirin 8295 chipsets paired with Lidar sensors. Harnessing the power of AI speech models, advanced edge computing capabilities are enabled, leading to faster and more sophisticated decision-making systems.
In terms of power delivery, sources speculate that the new model will deploy an all-in-one smart electric drive system along with integrated CTC (CTC) battery plate technology - yielding a maximum range of over 600 kilometres on electricity alone.
Upcoming Performance
This month's production figure has been confirmed at 38177 vehicles under Zero-Run, witnessing growth by 109.7% compared to the same period last year for October total deliveries and 13 % higher year-on-year sales in September. Looking ahead into broader trends it is anticipated that B10 will be the leader of the pack within ZeroRun's new 2025 lineup – where high-performance variants with advanced AI sensors could potentially take its technology-based performance to a wider audience.
