Geely Pole Acquires UK Distribution Rights with IML Group

Geley officials have confirmed that the company has entered into an official distribution agreement with International Motors Ltd. (IML), a leading European automotive importer, marking its official entry into the UK market.

As part of this partnership, the first car model to be introduced in the British market will be the Geely G6, which is expected to hit the showrooms as early as next January.

Headquartered in Europe, IML has established a strong reputation for itself across markets such as the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe over the past 50 years. With its robust business model that encompasses everything from vehicle imports to post-sales service, the company boasts operations in multiple countries and territories. Notably, Geely automobiles have been expanding its presence in European countries since late 2020.

Geely has also recently announced a new strategic objective for this year, as it aims to become an AI-powered automobile company catering to a global market. The goal is to establish itself in over 60 markets worldwide by the end of 2025, with half of its sales coming from overseas regions.
