With a nod to the Z9GT model released earlier, the Tengshen Z9 takes on a more mainstream approach, catering to the premium SUV segment. The front end is designed with a low-slung stance, while the LED headlights create a striking visual effect. The presence of three dual-head cameras and dual laser radars adorns the front fascia, signaling the integration of advanced safety features.

The side profile bears resemblance to the Z9GT, with an emphasis on height-to-width ratio and balanced contours that exude mass and stability. Twenty-inch Star Ring Wheels become standard fitment on the base model, which can be upgraded to twenty-one-inch Star Ring Wheels for an additional cost at high-end trims.

Tengshen Z9's charging system makes do with a single-station setup, but with positioning optimized to facilitate easy top-to-bottom loading and unloading of cargo through both sides, users always have a convenient door that aligns up-and-unloads.
