Alpine Unveils Futuristic Concept: First Look at the Highly Anticipated A390 Crossover

Alpine A390 Crossover Unveiled with First Teaser Images, Launching on May 27

For the first time, Alpine has released official teaser images of its upcoming A390 Crossover. The crossover is expected to debut on May 27 and is slated to hit European markets by the end of 2025.

The Alpine A390 Crossover is a four-seater crossover that will largely retain its design inspiration from earlier A390β concept car. According to official statements, the production version has already completed around 85% of its design.

Additionally, this new vehicle is part of Alpine's "Dream Garage" series which includes three all-electric models: A390 Crossover, and two other upcoming vehicles including this year's A290 and an untitled new A110 model.

Design Inspiration

The front fascia features a striking, wide-angle grille lined with prominent daytime running lights. Below the logo is Alpine branding written in the brand's signature font. Both sides are equipped with twelve discrete day-time running lights, mirroring the design found on previous concepts.

It remains to be seen whether the distinctive engine cover design element will make an appearance on the production car.

Technical Specifications

The Alpine A390 Crossover boasts the Renault Group`s AmpR Medium platform, formerly known as CMF-EV. Although not explicitly mentioned in official statements, it is likely also employed by models like Remi-nah. The crossover comes equipped with a dual-electric motor configuration and torque vectoring system that promises over 600 horsepower.
