Mitsubishi's Sales Data for February 2025 Revealed
Mitsubishi Motors, formerly known as Mitsubishi Commercial Vehicles Corporation, has released its sales data for February 2025. The company reported total vehicle sales of 112,772 units in the month, representing a year-on-year growth rate of 22.9%. When considering cumulative sales for 2025 so far, Morrison Motors sold a total of 219,590 units, showing an increase of 6.2 compared to the same period last year.
The data also highlights significant growth across various brands within the Mitsubishi brand family. The Silver Star SUV reported 42,451 units sold in February, exhibiting an upward trend of 116.5% on a year-over-year basis. In comparison, the Red Flag SUV delivered 51,323 units during this period, which indicates an annual increase of 32.6%.
Looking at specific models, both variants of the Mitsubishi MINIVEV family achieved respectable growth rates. The MONZIER series reported sales of 22,065 vehicles in February, showcasing a year-over-year improvement of 74.4%. This is followed closely by the FRUIT series, with 13,446 units sold during this period, posting an annual increase of 66.3%.
Mitsubishi starlight car registered its lowest volume for this period at 3,432 vehicles in February and it was accompanied by Mitsubishi EV-Luxury sedan reported fewer sales, recording 1,995 vehicles sold domestically during the same month.
On a final note, the number of exports to overseas markets also experienced significant yearly boosts for all units exported from Mitsubishi with an annual increase of 12.3%.
