Baojing Launches its Latest MPV, the Baiji
At the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show, Baojing officially unveiled its latest mid-size Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) - the Baiji. The vehicle's interior design was showcased earlier at the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show and was publicly announced with the "Baiji" logo in October.
Key Features
Spacious Interior with Luxurious Configurations
The new MPV features a 7-seat space layout, equipped with a built-in ice box, two-row zero-gravity seats, and various comfortable configurations. Additionally, the vehicle is expected to be priced at around RMB 300,000 (approximately USD 40,000), opening for pre-orders soon, with an expected market release in Q1 2025.
Advanced Technology Features
The Baiji MPV showcases a more tech-savvy design, featuring a full liquid crystal dashboard and a three-diameter multi-functional steering wheel. The central console features a float-type design multi-media screen, paired with dual wireless charging interfaces and cup holders. The interior is characterized by the combination of brown and gray tones.

The third row also employs zero-gravity seats, with features such as adjustable back support and climate control. The side panel has touchscreens that can be used to adjust front passenger's air conditioning wind resistance. In the rear seat area, there are small tables on either side of the headrests. The interior design presents a more futuristic atmosphere through new technologies.
Exterior Design Features
Like previous models in Baojing's "dragon" series, this vehicle retains the classic exterior design with enlarged front grille paired with 7-pointed lights, and the wheels have metallic finishes. The color palette for exterior painting includes the four shades - Qing Mountain Blue, Quan Su Purple, Ru Ying White ,Xian Kong Black
