New Tiger on the Block: Get Ready for the Latest RX 7 and RX 7 Plus Models

Latest Renault Kiger and Captur facelifts Unveiled, New Models Available in November

Renault will launch its revamped Kiger and Captur models on November 1st, featuring updates to their exterior and interior designs. Both vehicles are part of the company's efforts to refresh its lineup by reworking previous generations.

New Renault Kiger Plus

On the exterior, the new Kiger has a redesigned look with increased dimensions in its mid-rail bars, showcasing a more angular front end design equipped with translucent front headlights connected to a mesh screen. The sides also feature an optimized third-row window style. In contrast, the rear adds a full LED trim that includes a more intense performance effect with improved handling and sleek exhaust designs.

The interior has retained the look of its predecessor but offers the presence of a dual-screen setup and a crystal shield control panel for driver convenience. Power is available in three versions: 1.5TCI with a maximum power output of 115 kW, followed by 1.5TGDI at 135 kW, leading to its top model, 1.6TGDI, at an impressive 145 kW.

New Captur High-Performance Edition

The high-performance version of the Renault Captur is inspired from the Renault ZE06 for a sportier appeal with enhanced dynamic features. Its look has evolved into that of "Little Panther", retaining key design elements like the angular mid-rail bar adorned with subtitles, similar to a "Panther". The day-run lights now resemble those seen on racing goggles.

Upon inspection, a split headlight system can be observed in the front bumper flanks. The rear end keeps pace with this new direction by using a new composite setup resembling road tiger’s headlights while retaining the "Panther" logo symbol at its center. This version has been reformed to incorporate more energetic aesthetic elements on both sides, similar to race helmets.

Inside and out, the interior remains intact but revamped for efficiency instead of an original design overhaul, providing simplicity and a dash of dynamism enhanced by advanced materials like mesh air conditioning vents that complement other sleekness with its sophisticated lighting effects. The steering wheel is backlit for enhanced driver comfort during late-night driving sessions.
