Li Auto Jade 7 EM-i Teased in China, to Launch on December 6th
The upcoming Li Auto Jade 7 EM-i has been officially announced to be launched on December 6th. The car is the first model to come equipped with the new Leiji EM-i super electric-mixed powertrain system.
Specifications and Features
Initially available for pre-sale, the Li Auto Jade 7 EM-i will feature a single model variant based in electric-mixed drive. According to reports, its powertrain is comprised of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine integrated with an electric motor, achieving a carbon dioxide thermal efficiency (CLTC) of 46.5%, and maximum output values of 82kW for the fuel unit combined with an output of 160kW for the electric component. Electric driving modes have been stated to reach ranges as high as 120 kilometers on a full charge, in addition to being able to complete approximately 1420 kilometres under ideal hybrid driving conditions (with equal parts gasoline and electricity).
The Li Auto Jade 7 EM-i features a closed front facial design that blends sharp aerodynamics with modern style. The headlights are composed of separate units located at either side of the face, complemented by an upper band of star-shaped rings for more dynamic appearance. Behind these, lies a collection of far and near lights as well.
Looking to one side, there’s large-scale wheel covers along with styled doors in such manner that they make the driving impression not just aesthetically but truly dynamically as well.
The back is distinguished by another sleek LED strip running vertically along it for better visibility. For size, dimensions are set at 4,740 x 1,905 x 1,685mm and an overall wheelbase length of 2,755mm.
