Tesla Model Y Leaps into Market: Starting at $26.35K, Get Ready for High-Performance Luxury

Tesla Unveils Its Latest Model Y, The Most Advanced Electric Vehicle to Date

On January 24th, Tesla officially released its latest Model Y, the most advanced electric vehicle in its lineup. The car has been generating a lot of buzz since it was first unveiled with its official images, and now that we have seen the real thing, let's dive into what makes this new model so special.

Availability

The new Model Y will be available for purchase at Tesla stores and online starting March 3rd. This means that consumers can choose between the old and new models, which may seem daunting, as explained in our detailed comparison of both variants.

Competitors

As expected, various companies have already announced their plans to compete with Tesla's latest electric vehicle model. Some of these competitors include Weihai Jiali X7X, Huawang Aibow AT5 G, Dongfeng LADA V7, Geely Leksus 60LW and BMWi LS6.

However, the competition is not expected to be fierce until March when the old Model Y will retire. Until then, only one brand has managed to gain considerable attention from car enthusiasts in anticipation of this new model: xiaomi YU7. The upcoming car is predicted by fans to come out on June 2023.

Editor's Rating

According to our editor, this is what makes Tesla really stand out from other competitors. As expected from their long history of tech dominance they had managed to improve numerous aspects that were the focal point for consumers dissatisfaction (like noisiness, suspension, design and last but not least rear seats comfort).

Tesla plans on bringing out model Q which sells at $15k, as well as a new S-XL variant which will provide a longer wheel base for buyers who would like to have more seating. As Tesla continues to gain momentum globally, it's clear that its efforts are paying off with an unprecedented array of features making their cars an exhilarating ride.

In this report, you can expect:

  1. The most recent information regarding its brand expansion (Tesla vs China) including its new product lines and expected launch times.
  2. Tesla’s 5 years road map in the market according to a press release that will be sent out soon.
