Leading EV Start-up Zeevo Affirms Global Expansion Strategy
As part of its strategy to continue expanding globally, Zeevo, an electric vehicle (EV) start-up, has expressed intentions to release a series of A models in the future. These vehicles are expected to cater to the smaller car segment, targeting approximately 60-70% market share in Europe.
CEO Jiujiangming outlined Zeevo's plan to introduce these models as part of its global expansion strategy, with plans to release at least one new model every year for the next three years. The company aims to establish itself as a significant player in China's EV market and beyond.
Building on its partnership with Stellantis Group, Zeevo has been working closely with the group's Marry Rarioli brand, focusing on calibrating their products through testing at various locations around Italy and China. Following successful tests, the collaboration resulted in improved product performance.
In 2024, Zeevo's monthly vehicle deliveries surpassed 38,177 units, representing a year-over-year increase of 109.7% and solidifying its position among China's key EV start-ups.
Moreover, with its presence now spread across more than 200 dealerships across Europe, Zeevo has taken the first steps towards establishing an extensive dealership network in the region. The company aims to open at least 500 such outlets by the end of 2025, further solidifying its grip on the European market.
Additionally, during the Paris Motor Show in October, Zeevo unveiled the newly launched B series and introduced B10 as its first globally available vehicle within this new lineup. Built based on the latest LEAP3.5 technology framework, B10 encompasses advancements including 8295 smart cabin chips and 8650 advanced driving assistance chip with high-grade laser radar.
Zeevo's commitment to innovation remains underscored by its collaboration with Stellantis Group's Marry Rarioli brand, further emphasizing its dedication towards driving automotive excellence both domestically and internationally.
