Nissan Unveils Interior of Upcoming Nismo Dayz Electric Van

The interior of Nissan's upcoming all-electric Dayz van has been officially revealed, showcasing the latest advancements in design and technology. Positioned as a mid-sized electric van, the Nismo Dayz is built on Nissan's new energy architecture and promises to hit the market by May.

Upon closer inspection, the interior features a floating center console with an independent instrument cluster, along with dual steering wheels that house a comprehensive functionality control wheel. Additional amenities include wireless charging boards, two pedestal cup holders, and emptying storage space below. Furthermore, both side sills are adorned with arc-shaped ambient lights, while high-performance audio design takes up the higher middle panel.

The rear interior features support for an array of AI-powered luxury elements such as non-vacuum cloud seating for improved support across multiple areas, including head rest, waist belt and shoulder support. Nissan has integrated a subtle NISSAN stitching touch at various points.

In terms of overall design, the Nissan Dayz boasts an airframe style exterior with closed front face and body lamp array that features individual units along sides having downward L shaped lenses. Furthermore it also includes multi-gained led light arrangement consisting 710 high-performance LED lights as well as an array comprising 882 Oled-lucite emitting cells. Also visible at the rear is the 'Magic' LED screen with lighting interaction to convey text messages for user comfort.

The left and right side features display a streamlined look using non-framed doors, hidden hand lever handle and a smooth line along the bottom of each flank that adds further elegance to its exterior design. On both ends of the van there are rear lamps designed in a cross-frame pattern which gives an added layer depth or dimension in terms structure.

Under the hood, a 200kW electric motor is expected, although no word has been provided as at yet about power delivery. Also it's being driven with momenta Advanced Level 3 autonomous driving system, featuring features to support high-speed navigating (Speed Lane), and smart city navigation and park-in mode.

Overall design aspects include mid-sized front width at 1,895mm along bottom width as that of a longer truck at 4,930 mm width.
