Bigtomic's restructuring plan for a smooth transition

In a statement released on its official website, Bigtomic Automobile disclosed that it has encountered temporary liquidity difficulties, which have had an impact on the company's development. In order to reassure stakeholders of all kinds and ensure their rights are respected, Bigtomic is following the proper procedures for restructuring.

Bigtomic Automobile has been in talks with multiple investment institutions to explore strategic partnerships, aiming to facilitate a orderly transition for the company. The production and research and development parks are also preparing for a smooth return to work, focusing on delivering order fulfillments, after-sales services, and ensuring the rights of all stakeholders are protected.

Bigtomic's parent company, Bigtomic Group, has confirmed that Bigtomic Automobile is not bankrupt but is undergoing restructuring in the new energy automobile sector, which includes Bigtomic New Energy Automobile, Faraday Automobile as well. Other commercial vehicle divisions, such as Truck and Coach, will not be included in this restructuring process.

Bigtomic Group representatives stated: "Over time, each production factory of new energy vehicles will resume work."
