Deep Blue G318 No Worry Edition Unveiled, Featuring 4WD Capability and Enhanced Off-Road Features

The Deep Blue G318 No Worry Edition has been officially announced by the State Administration of Work Safety, featuring a range of upgrades over the standard model.

The G318 No Worry Edition boasts an upgraded off-road package, complete with a four-wheel drive (4WD) system and improved suspension. Power is still provided by the 1.5T turbocharged engine, which will be offered in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations.

Pricing for the G318 No Worry Edition is expected to start at ¥31,800, with a launch date anticipated for the near future.

Exterior-wise, the new model features several exterior design elements inspired by its off-road capabilities. These include modified front bumpers, side skirts, and rear spoilers, all designed to enhance visibility on unpaved roads. Additionally, the windshield and mirrors have been equipped with reinforcements, as has a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer roof rack.

The deep Blue G318 No Worry Edition measures 5,125mm long, 1,985mm wide, and 1,895m tall – dimensions comparable to those of its on-road focused counterparts. Its wheelbase stretches 2,880mm, delivering the capability for navigating steep inclines with ease, both in front and rear.

Power delivery for this upgraded variant remains grounded in its original turbocharged engine system, providing a powerful output of 110 horsepower. This impressive force propels this high-equipped model through its four driven-wheel drive variants.
