Chinese E-Vehicle Company, ExtremeQTEP, Announces Successful Rollout of Refund Process
The refund process for ExtremeQTEP, China's second-tier electric vehicle company, has officially begun. As of February 21st, the company has successfully sent referral agreements to 83 users, signed agreements with 64 users, and processed refunds for 41 users.
In addition, ExtremeQTEP officials stated that prior to the Chinese New Year, they had already communicated and negotiated with the first batch of 100 users regarding the installation of charging stations, after evaluating most users' conditions. Installation plans are expected to begin this weekend, contingent on actual circumstances. The company has also established a post-sale maintenance team, aiming to provide comprehensive services for car owners while protecting their rights.
