Ford Introduces Three New Models Ahead of 2028 Deadline
Ford has released several concept art images revealing three new car models, including the all-new QX65 SUV, mid-cycle facelifted QX60, and an electrified SUV. The company plans to bring these vehicles to market before the end of 2028.
The QX60, now in its mid-cycle update, will debut this year with a revamped front fascia featuring LED headlights and a new logo design. Changes include the updated headlamps and rear design inspired by the QX80, while three-seat layout has been replaced with two rows.
Next to its sibling, QX65 represents the SUV version of QX60. Powered with a similar 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine but offering 272 horsepower, it’s a sportier option compared with its regular-wheelbase counterpart in relation to QX-60's power capabilities. Ford plans on releasing this model in 2026.
A brand-new full-electric SUV is also under development, which could be the production version of the Vision QX Concept released back in 2019. It is expected to feature latest design language while bringing advanced new features based on Ford’s technological framework.
Additionally, a limited-edition F-150 (Flagship) has announced for 2025, but with some updates.
