LeEco Z20 to Launch on December 22, With Pre-Sales Already Open
LeEco has confirmed that the Z20 electric SUV will hit the market on December 22. The car is now available for pre-order, with three trim levels offering prices between 14.6 and 16.1 yuan (approximately USD $2,200-$2,500).
The event scheduled for December 22 also includes the seventh LeEco Open Conference, which will see over half a million users joining the automotive platform.
Design and Features
Based on the SEA Hao architecture, the Z20 is positioned as a compact electric SUV. This iteration combines an array of latest LeEco family designs, including the new THE NEXT DAY design language. The front face boasts unmistakable LED day-time running lights recognizable by their "H" shapes. Rearview mirrors are paired with fog lights on either side for its fierce appearance.
Dimensions wise, it measures 4460x1845x1573mm, featuring a wheelbase of 2755mm and wind resistance rating at .25 units. Trailing this is illuminated four-lens array providing clear, consistent visual recognition.
LeEco has also unveiled the interior design which will come complete with an advanced center display measuring 15.4 inches offering support for the DRAGON PULL Plus processor paired alongside the LYNK Flyme auto vehicle system. Additionally equipped features include a driver assist dashboard HUD (13.8 inches), LCD dashboard display (10.2 inch) accompanied by ten and fourteen sound channels within four speakers.
A range of safety functions including Automatic Parking Assistant Level Two, will also be bundled to support the driving assistant functionalities.
Performance
In terms performance power, both electric engines have a significant presence with 175kW and 250kW peak power. It stands at a top speed of 240kmh with an estimated run of 530km in its standard run using its battery 61.47 kWh capacity.
