Ideal Motor officially exceeded 500,508 units of sales in 2024, marking a 33.1% increase in year-over-year growth and securing its target. The company recorded a historic cumulative delivery of 113,387 vehicles and delivered 58,513 new vehicles in December alone, setting a new high.

Ideal L6 and MEGA

In 2024, Ideal Motor focused on several key product updates. MEGA, the luxury SUV model, did not quite meet market expectations, but its topic-driven launch maintained buzz around the brand. On the other hand, the updated L7/L8/L9 improved sales stability for the company.

The New Line-Up of 2025 Ideal Motors

In August, news broke that Ideal Motor planned to launch an all-new pure electric SUV lineup that would follow the iconic L series. Next month, early renders revealed the 4-kilometer range all-electric vehicles planned for 2025 with some speculations they being based on ideal L7 and L9 variants.

Then in January of this year came news suggesting names for cars will eventually be named after letters i (I) using sequence starting from Ia to If but most speculate will use 'i' followed by Roman numerals, much like the Tesla model y. This name follows the pattern used before ideal model Z.

For now , Ideal does not appear to be at any disadvantage and appears well-positioned for 2025 considering that there is also a new generation of models (like i1 and i2), which could be released next year.
