Tesla Model S Competes with Peugeot e-208 Rival: A Deep Dive into the Features and Pricing

On March 30th, Geely Holding's subsidiary, Geely Baoxing, held a launch event in Shenzhen to unveil their new electric SUV model, the Geely Weiwang X7. During the event, they officially announced the prices for the X7, with five different trim levels available. The prices range from RMB 16.48 million (USD 2.28 million) to RMB 22.38 million (USD 3.4 million), and after considering the national subsidy, the final price will be lower.

The car features a sleek design with a "hidden edge" aesthetic language, where clean lines and curved shapes are balanced by angular elements. The front grills feature 2618mm round headlights, while the interior boasts an AI Smart Color Display system consisting of over 2248 LED lights.

Furthermore, the vehicle has five available color options for the exterior: initial Dawn Red, Encounter in Green Rainforest, Lunar Moon Gray, Starry Midnight Black, and Urban Agility White.

Interior Space

Inside the car, there's ample space to accommodate passengers. The side panel features hidden door handles and a floating roofline with clean lines and contrasting elements. Additionally, the D column houses an energy breath light system that shows the status of charging. The rear windows provide 270° viewing angles, creating an open-air feel.

The interior offers three available color options: leather brown, white, and black.

Inside is equipped with AIGO6 interface , powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon855P chip ,which enables 4G/5G connectivity, voice control, and remote control.

Additionally, The 17.3-inch screen at the bottom of behind seats enables streaming videos with high definition quality.

The new model is a hybrid electric vehicle based on Geely's EV PLUS platform. The range is available in three versions: 392-horsepower single/electric and 501-horseyield four-wheel model.
