Renault Unveils Espace, A Mid-Generation Refresh with New Designs and Powertrains
Renault has officially launched its latest Espace iteration, offering customers a renewed mid-life facelift in design and added power options.
The Espace's new exterior design blends in with the latest branding language from Renault, featuring sleeker lines that evoke the Rafael. The front grille is updated to include phantogram-shaped styling with combined LED daytime running lights, creating a sportier visual appeal. A notable 30% of the vehicle parts have been revamped, including all-new front and rear bumpers, as well as headlights, tailgates, and tailights.
New colors are introduced for this model, called "Baltic Grey" which stands out with elegance and dynamism.
Looking at the side profile, Espace enjoys a double waist design where both the waistline meets in front along with upper shoulder line forming a combined body appearance, paired with chunky black rimmed tyre giving it a full-bodied look. It also features twenty-inch wheel designs that match perfectly and make the body feel stronger visually.
The rear part comes equipped with integrated reflective number plate and uses clean, angular LED lights inside its housing system which adds to this model's aggressive nature. There is an auxiliary wind tunnel over the back as well as a two dimensional design of the front side marker to give a better driving visual experience. The vehicle also has a smart tailgate.
The interior part, with improved user interface offers double screens that extend towards width and height respectively measuring twenty-four inches each screen by eight and six millimeters wide and long respectively. On top of those it comes equipped also with 9.3 inch high definition head-up display as well as 360 degrees cameras for safe navigation during rain or fog conditions. It has 7 seat version but is available to five passengers in two versions both of which are highly advanced.
Renault E-Tech insert system provides various functionalities under the car; first being smart keyless car starting and also an emergency assistance and other assist features like driving modes via a dashboard user experience.
In terms to interior space, this vehicle uses new comfort design and it’s more comfortable during long hours of journeys. It features new ergonomic seats in front which gives better flexibility to passengers. The overall cabin noise level is lower as compared to previous versions and has five or seven seating capacities that may offer extra value when needed without compromising performance.
With advanced electronics as part of the E-Tech system, it contains features like smart body glass sunroof of large measurement - which means ample natural light during day in addition with ability of voice commands from anywhere inside the car. Advanced driver assistance system also supports driving features through touch screen and helps create safety during rainy or foggy days.
As for performance, this latest E-Tech insert version contains one point two T inter-cooled turbo charged gasoline engines producing 130 horsepower maximum performance, coupled up with an electric motor of total combined output of 200 horsepower where this system produces eight-point-five zero kwh in battery life. The total fuel consumption is measured at four and seven-point-eight liters per hundred kilometers.
