Extwo Announces Post-Sale Support Response Guidelines
Extwo has released a post-sale problem response announcement, stating that the company has established an after-sales service team with 50 members, aiming to provide comprehensive services and protect customer rights.
The after-sales team has set up a user communication working group and is supported by both Baidu and Geely, its two major shareholders. The team is actively carrying out all aspects of work in a normal and orderly manner.
In addition, Extwo officials announced that they will soon release updates on the latest developments in sales and warranty issues as well as the protection process. Following this announcement, Yang Xueliang, Vice President of Geely Holding Group, commented: ""Go get 'em!"
On the comments section below, several comments from potential Extwo owners expressed their hope to resolve their car-related problems as soon as possible.
Previously, some Extwo owners claimed to have discussed with Geely through 60+ in杭州, and Geely officials stated that they planned to form a team consisting of approximately 30 people within the week. A special announcement was also expected to be released before January 10th, outlining the current scope for warranty and rights-related issues, which would be further clarified after the team's formation.
