Lamborghini Revuelto Opera Unica Debut in Shanghai with Custom-Made Chinese Version
The latest rendition of the Lamborghini Revuelto, titled "Revuelto Opera Unica," has made an appearance in Shanghai, specifically tailored for the Chinese market. The custom-made version is a collaborative effort between Lancio Lamborghini's Ad Personalization Department and Centro Style.
Exterior Review
Despite its previous appearances, this time around, the Revuelto Opera Unica was created specifically with the Chinese market in mind. The predominantly yellow-red color scheme aligns well with the intended cultural vibe. At its core, however, the primary goal is to educate Lamborghini clients on the potential of customizing their vehicles through Ad Personalization, exploring various aspects such as colors, patterns, materials, and embellishments that could result in a true one-of-a-kind ride tailored specifically to each individual.

The exterior shell of the Revuelto Opera Unica, painted with exclusive finishes designed specifically for this car type, distinguishes it from its counterparts. It serves as a testament to the creativity and artistic expression Lamborghini embodies. The vehicle's boldness is further enhanced by bespoke upholstery that conveys an emotional connection to Chinese culture.
Exclusively crafted brushwork and precision technique take around 475 additional hours during standard production time, combining multiple colors into intricate designs achieved through traditional methods.
Within the cabin, the client requests were met with the application of special coatings for finer details like the start button's cover panel; however, the upholstery of seats and decorative elements is more complex to execute, needing up to 85 hours.
Interior Review
Compared to its counterparts in blue or purple hues, the interior here aligns predominantly with red yellows, blending multiple colors into a cohesive design. This unique aesthetic not only visually appeals but also pays homage to traditional Chinese artistry and craftsmanship.
Powertrain
The vehicle maintains the same engine combination as the standard Revuelto: a 6.5L naturally aspirated V12-powered by two normal electric motors combined in an H-pattern setup, ultimately yielding a total system energy of 1015 horsepower; along with featuring an 8-speed automatic dual-Clutch transmission and four-wheel steering technology for enhanced balance.
Key Performance metrics include:
- Acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour is precisely 2.5 seconds.
- The acceleration from 0 to 200 kilometers is just short of 7 seconds.
- Planned maximum speed is above 350 km/h; the WLTC Pure Electric Driving Range is ten kilometers.
Competitors
While competitors such as Ferrari’s 12 Cilindri and new offerings by the likes of McLaren W1 have captured market attention lately, none possess the same essence and performance profile as Lamborghini Revuelto. Embodying an exceptional presence on roads worldwide with its imposing V12 engine and sleek design, it stands steadfast in dominance.
