Aviator 12 Extended Edition

The Aviator 12, available later this month, comes equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine delivering 115 kW of power, which propels the vehicle to 231 kW electric motor maximum output. When running on CLTC conditions, its range exceeds 245 kilometers in pure electric mode and up to 1155 kilometers with combined use.

During WLTC testing, the Aviator 12 consumes only 5.8 liters per 100 kilometers (L/100km). The new power boost features enhanced front and rear motor performance of their latest generation, offering improved driving dynamics and increased efficiency for users.

Pure Electric Option

Kia has taken significant steps toward further enhancing its offerings with an updated 1-generation Carbon-Silicon technology. Front electric motors boast a peak thrust increase in horsepower of 165 units, alongside maximizing torque up to 291 N·m (new all-time high). Its rear motor gets an output boost that reaches up to 237 units and surpasses the previous peak at 396 N·m.

As for the performance specs:

  • The Aviator's pure electric variant offers a maximum of 610 kilometers on a single charge, with a 3.9-second time from 0-100 km/h compared to their 2021 predecessor.
  • For the extended version the power output has reached to 220km range under CLTC conditions and goes up to 1050km overall.
