China Unveils New Electric Vehicle Model Listings for Reduced Car Purchase Tax Incentive

China has released the latest list of eligible new energy vehicles (NEVs) that can be purchased with reduced car purchase tax incentives. This includes various models across multiple manufacturers, including pure electric and plug-in hybrid variations.

Among the listings, several notable NEV models caught attention:

• Xiaomi Yi 7: A new energy vehicle from Xiaomi that offers a choice of three electric vehicles, featuring ranges of 770km, 760km, and 675km. The vehicle also boasts an integral gross weight exceedin2.4 tonnes, with an electric battery capacity of 96.3kWh.

• Changjie DM-S1: A first-in-class pure-electric SUV introduced by Chengdu Gele Changjie Automotive Sales Co., Ltd.

• Rong Guarishi S800 Pro Model EV and Hybrid Model

• BeiDian HaiWang 06 (DM-i and EV)

• NengJie (Zi)S9Plus: Offering a pure electric vehicle with ranges of over 290km, 265km, 204km, and 187km, depending on the variant.
