Avita 06+: Avital's Latest Electric Vehicle Model Revealed

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has announced regulatory information for the newly unveiled Avita 06+ electric vehicle model. The 2024 Avita 06+ features a range of upgrades, including a more powerful engine, increased battery capacity, and novel design elements.

According to the latest filings with the MJIIT, models available in the Chinese market will come equipped with an updated 1.5 liters turbocharged inline-4 power unit, known as the T-GDI powerkit system. The electric motor would be attached to a newly introduced battery module featuring a more powerful capacity of 45.06 kWh for improved overall performance.

Compared to last year’s Avita model, notable upgrades in terms of range has been made with an increase from 170 kilometers in purely electric range to approximately 240 kilometers driven using said battery capacity.

Design aspects have seen little departure, maintaining the brand family style characteristic across most of the front fascia elements. Unique lighting configurations is more clearly visible to onlookers, along with electronic rear view mirrors and a full-fledged radar systems mounted atop the vehicle’s roof.

The Avita 06+ retains its current design of two separate hood vents, providing ample passage for airflow while maintaining both optimal aerodynamics and functional performance. Two distinct options are seen in wheels ranging from 20 to 21 inches: wheel and tire specifications for these available versions being: wheel diameters of 235R45×20、255R45×20, and 245 R40×21, measuring vehicle dimensions at roughly 4855 X1696mm x1,470mm plus a further millimetre margin with axles spanning approximately 2,940mm.

The Avita 06+ will be available in several bespoke configurations including sportier styling motifs combined with enhanced external glass packages.
