Extreme Emission: New Normal for Vehicle Maintenance and Refund
After receiving strong support from major shareholders Baidu and GAC Group, the company has ensured that its work is proceeding normally.
In response to various concerns raised by customers, Extreme Emission has issued a statement addressing issues such as refund, after-sales maintenance, and user rights. Here are the key points outlined in the statement:
User Refund for Deposit Payments
The company plans to launch a deposit return program for customers who have already paid deposits or have yet to drive off their vehicles, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. The specific procedure will be announced separately on an upcoming announcement.
After-Sales Maintenance and User Rights
Vehicle Maintenance Issues
Extreme Emission is gradually restoring its after-sales maintenance services, which include completing 15 vehicle repairs and handovers last week. The company is currently preparing to supply necessary components for remaining vehicles, ensuring the continuity of essential spares such as warranty-related parts, maintenance-related parts, common accident-related parts, and other frequent failures. While every effort will be made to restore basic spares supply before the Spring Festival, a delay may occur due to factors beyond their control, including logistics, terminal services providers, and weather conditions.
Vehicle Warranty Rights
The company is committed to protecting user warranty rights as defined by national laws and contractual agreements.
Points Rewards Redesigned
Extreme Emission is reviving the existing partnership with third-party companies, opening up channels for users. Starting from January 20th, Extreme users will be able to continue using accumulated points-to-charge rewards on authorized charging stations at extreme branding terminals; simply follow the established procedure, and you can recharge using points at those locations.
Charging Station Installation Program
A charging station installation program is scheduled to begin next week for users who have already submitted their requests. The team will make contact with applicable individuals, scheduling installations but may be subject to delays due to logistics, terminal service providers, or other factors beyond their control.
Intelligent Driving Functionality
The overall functionality of intelligent driving, precise location services, and mapping systems remains stable and continuous. Teams dedicated to ongoing support are continuously available.
Team Formation Situations
In order to provide customers with high-quality after-sales maintenance services, Extreme Emission has recently established a work group involved in sales maintenance and communication with users. The operation is currently going smoothly with 71 full-time on-duty personnel, the team size will continuously increase.
