MIU7 SUV Brings in the Heat: Inside Xiaomi's 2025 Plans and Sales Targets That Could Hit 300,000 Units

Xiaomi Autosells 13.5 million Cars in 2024, Set to Reach 30 Million Sales in 2025

Xiaomi's first car model, the SU7, has sold over 13.5 million units in 2024, beating its original sales goal of 70,000 vehicles. The company has secured a seventh place in this year's electric vehicle (EV) sales rankings by surpassing established brands with several models.

Sales Figures and Outlook

Xiaomi has not only achieved impressive sales figures but also expanded its network from 200 to over 58 major cities across the country. The company aims to increase its production capacity to accommodate growing demand, setting a target of 30 million units in 2025.

In addition to the SU7 model, Xiaomi plans to integrate with three other established brands, such as BYD, GAC Group, and Geely Holdings Inc., for charging network cooperation through their respective official mobile apps. The companies will collaborate by October to provide consumers with a more seamless user experience when it comes to fast-charging technology.

The development of these charging networks could lead to higher growth rates in the electric vehicle market and push for advancements in battery swapping as well, which might be needed in order to avoid grid congestion that can cause bottlenecks in charging. Furthermore, as consumers become more environmentally conscious they may begin preferring brands like Xiaomis that support sustainable development goals.

Launch of YU7 Ultra, A New High-performance Model

To make things exciting, Xiaomi will also launch the YU7 Ultra model later this year — a more affordable and high-performance variant compared to its predecessor. Based on what has been leaked online so far & there isn't much yet available regarding release date ,let alone pricing information — but based only upon our knowledge at present time this new car model could see itself competing in class against popular players like Audi Q5.

In summary, Xiaomi's aggressive plans are set to shake up the automotive sector. Its increasing presence worldwide can be attributed to its commitment towards sustainable energy and development goals. With innovative technology & reliable service provided by its dealerships across various regions, these ambitious ambitions might give competitors some sleepless nights!
