Introducing the L95 L90: Shanghai Auto Show Exclusive, Electric Range, and Surprising Price Announcement!

Leoda L90 to Make Shanghai Auto Show Debut in April

Leoda, a Chinese automotive brand, has confirmed that its newly unveiled L90 electric SUV will be showcased for the first time at the 2024 Shanghai Auto Show next month.

Scheduled to launch later this quarter, the L90 is expected to compete in China's burgeoning electric SUV market. Leoda says it plans to launch the vehicle based on the CAEB platform offered by Geely's luxury division, WEy.

The company’s latest model aims to carve out a niche for itself as a versatile large-space flagship SUV that combines innovative design with practicality.

Comparing its footprint against its elder sibling in our exclusive photos released earlier by Leoda officials revealed some key similarities between the L90 and Leoda L9. The car's length as well as its body width will likely sit alongside premium models, however what sets the two apart are their overall size. Despite being an electric powertrain vehicle with very long snouts similar to those of existing models that run on traditional gasoline engines, we expect larger luggage compartments at front seats for added efficiency.

Although it has just revealed itself as a fully-fledged model for which Leoda will likely make official announcements in the near future. The brand is expected to unveil their vision along with specifications on its new EV model soon.

Key Specifications and Features:

  • Electric powertrain with dual options;
  • Vehicle dimensions, including wheelbase; will match family-friendly model L60
  • Storage space for passengers at the front

Note that further details about the upcoming Leoda electric SUV can be found in our subsequent updates.
