DAFRA announces measures to address misinformation on mandatory employee car purchases
Beijing [January 18, 2023] - DAFRA has made a public statement regarding incorrect information circulating on its official social media channels about compulsory employee car purchases.
The company emphasized that there is no hard requirement for employees to purchase cars through the company. The misunderstanding arose from internal communication misunderstandings among management officials and employees who have since clarified the situation.
Following this incident, DAFRA warns that spreading misinformation has severely damaged brand reputation. In response, DAFRA will use all available legal measures to defend its lawful rights. At present, DAFRA has established 313 standalone company-owned service centers, completing a major milestone in their aim of distributing 20 thousand vehicles in the first hundred days after listing.
Currently accessible nationwide, DAFRA promises to provide 'Spring Festival Joyride' services from January 22nd to February 12th. The activities will see users getting free access to all highways when switching between DAFRA and other brands without paying anything for it, which includes usage of super-fast charging lines with more than 1,000 public charging stations in various locations.
DAFRA introduces 'Autumn Care', a free car inspection service for vehicles equipped with built-in air conditioning systems. The company is also launching the comprehensive emergency support package during spring festival season. All customer vehicles are eligible to be inspected at DAFRA Service Centers and will have access to 24/7 facilities inside DAFRA’s high-speed exchange network.
The list of supporting measures, including 'driver assistance' support (open from January 20th), 'express delivery on highways', and 'online assistance for vehicles'(accessed through DAFRA APP online helpdesk at 966-8866), were also announced.
