Chinese Electric Vehicle AION UT to Launch in 2025, Priced Around 10,000 yuan

The upcoming AION UT electric two-seater hatchback is set to be unveiled in February 2025. This new model marks AION's third strategic global vehicle.

Pre-sales for the UT are expected to begin on January 2025, with an estimated price ranging from 10,000 yuan.

The exterior design of the AION UT takes a cue from AION family's latest global trend-inspired style, characterized by sharp large headlights and LED daytime running lights on both sides. The front grille boasts significant size, accompanied by 2x2 matrix-style fog lights.

Upon observation, one can notice the new car utilizes short front and rear suspension designs, complemented by sporty wheel designs. The backside boasts clean lines with sleek, C-shaped LED headlights that echo the vehicle's fog lamps. Measuring at 4270/1850/1575mm in length, width, and height respectively, accompanied by a 2750mm wheelbase.

In terms of interior design, the new car equips an 8.8-inch display instrument panel complemented with a 14.6-inch dashboard screen; vehicle compatibility includes HiCar, CarLink, CarPlay, supported by cloud AI-based assistance that offers improved voice response for navigation, seating, climate control. The rear cargo space extends to 440L and reclining rearmost passenger seat provides approximately 1600L of additional interior storage.

Lastly, the AION UT will feature a power unit consisting of a driving electric motor producing 100KW. Its battery is built using specialized Lithium Iron Phosphate from company Poyotech.
