Latest Software Upgrade Brings Numerous Improvements to Electric Vehicles

A recent over-the-air (OTA) software upgrade has been rolled out for electric vehicles by manufacturer Zero Run C16, marking the first time such an upgrade has been implemented. The update introduces a total of 22 new features, including advanced audio systems and improved driver assistance capabilities.

The new features include the addition of APA voice assistants for both parking and navigation, allowing drivers to access music and voice commands without holding onto a microphone. Furthermore, a new in-house browser allows users to download and use apps directly from the application store, enhancing overall user experience.

In terms of design and functionality,_widget_card displays have been enhanced to include five new content types - weather, calendar, blood pressure tracking, garage space information, and music recommendations. The update also introduces a "feature map" app that provides insights into the usage history of various vehicle features.

Key improvements in navigation have included the introduction of split-screen mode, allowing drivers to access other applications while driving. Zero Run C16 has also expanded its maintenance management tool by adding detailed depreciation schedules for major components.

Furthermore, advanced voice assistant systems now provide improved controls over external rearview mirrors, wallpaper changes, audio settings, direction indicators and more than 100 commands. The in-house AI visual effects model is now optimized to better understand driving scenarios.

A recent set of updates also added a feature called "take control," enabling drivers to manually operate the wheel by setting specific buttons after being issued warning messages from some systems.
