Cezera Unveils Third Brand, Firefly, Emphasizing Personal Freedom and Sustainability
On December 18, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group's Co-Chairman, President and CEO Bing Lei, revealed the brand identity for the company's third electric vehicle (EV) brand, Firefly. The brand tagline, "Glowing Light of Self-Expression," aims to capture the essence of personal freedom, adventure, and comfort.
"We at Firefly are about embracing life's experiences anew with each journey. We are inspired by the firefly's light," Lei said. "Our mission is an extension of Geely's commitment to sustainability and a brighter future."
Firefly, positioned as an electric vehicle brand that offers premium performance, versatility, and a sense of community, promises users a unique experience.
The launch of Firefly at 2024 NIO Day, taking place on December 21, marks the beginning of its automotive journey. Simultaneously, Zhejiang Geely Automobile's ET9 is expected to enter production. The ET9 boasts an expansive space and comfortable interior, measuring 5324/2016/1620 mm in length, width, and height.
With a combined front and rear motor drive system, the Firefly EV model achieves remarkable performance figures: 180kW per front motor and 340kW per rear motor. Powered by Zhejiang Geely's latest 120kWh battery, this cutting-edge vehicle is ready to conquer with an advanced pure electric four-wheel-drive setup, capable of charging at a full 900V to recharge within three minutes.
