For simplicity, a brief overview of the exterior design is as follows: The Leap 08 EM-P reprises the design language of the concept vehicle - The Next Day. A central LED daytime driving light system flows all around the vehicle in front, and side air intakes take up an oblique layout. It comes in six colors such as morning sky blue, silver moon, morning green, twilight purple, gray, and black.

Its dimensions are 4880mm in length, 1915mm in width, and 1685mm in height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2848mm.
