GAC Motor Begins Production Preparation for New Silver Lagoon EM-i and EM-i

GAC Motor has confirmed to our source that the new GAC Silver Lagoon L6 EM-i and L7 EM-i models have started entering production, with planned sales expected shortly after the Chinese Spring Festival.

Pricing for the former generation Silver Lagoon L6 ranges from 9.98 million to 14.98 million CNY, while the latter ranges from 12.57 million to 16.97 million CNY.

The two new vehicles were recently approved by the State Administration of Work Safety and Construction, with the Silver Lagoon L6 EM-i retaining its current exterior design, boasting a battery capacity of 19.09kWh, providing a pure electric range of approximately 115km. The GAC Silver Lagoon L7 EM-i features minor adjustments to its front end, including increased metal-plated accent points beneath the grille, enhancing its high-tech feel. Its battery capacity sits at 18.4kWh, with an estimated pure-electric range of approximately 93km.
