Nissan Announces Plans for Fully Electric EVX Model, Set to Launch in 2025
A series of tantalizing images has surfaced online, showcasing the upcoming Nissan EVX model. The first-generation electric vehicle is the result of a collaboration between Nissan, Toyota, and Geely.
According to sources close to the matter, the production car will boast a completely new platform, which marks a significant departure from its outgoing counterparts. Although exact specifications have been scarce so far, early prototypes suggest that the forthcoming model retains some design elements reminiscent of its predecessor.
On closer inspection, key styling cues appear modified. While retaining its characteristic headlamps, Nissan's upcoming EVX will likely undergo more pronounced changes to its grille and fog light setup. Moreover, features around door handles and mirrors appear poised to receive distinct refinements.
Designating the vehicle from this new stage ahead as a major leap up the model line-up – which might prove an even better deal in comparison than expected — Nissan's 2025 EVX is not yet officially confirmed to carry an array of electric motors.
