Exclusive: Extensive Updates from Geely’s Handling of User Concerns

As of March 14th, Geely's official has provided answers to user inquiries, addressing issues such as refunds, charging station installations, and the operation of its Advanced Safety Drive (ASD) feature.

According to official announcements, a total of 186 individuals have received refund agreements by this date, with 123 individuals having signed in on time. The installation of charging stations is also proceeding according to schedule, with 65 users already completing their installations. Furthermore, a list of second batches for the installation process is currently being prepared.

A notable observation is that as many as 3717 users have had their Advance Driver-Assisted System (ADAS) high-level driving capabilities extended after it was nearing expiration date and couldn't be started during highway or overpass travels due to maintenance work. The system has now been fully restored to operation.

For users whose high-level driving capabilities won't reach the deadline, there is no need for concern – as of when their package expires, the advanced speeding control systems will remain in effect by default.
