New Wagons from MG Reach Chinese Market on November 8
Two new models, the MG ZS EV and the MG HS, have been confirmed to arrive in the Chinese market on November 8. The MG ZS EV, a variant of the ZS, will feature 2.0-meter tall body, while the MG HS is a new addition to the company's SUV lineup.
The MG ZS EV boasts impressive range figures, claiming an official test cycle range of up to 2,208 kilometers (1,368 miles) in energy-saving mode. In contrast, the new MG HS can travel over 1,500 kilometers (932 miles) on a single charge in mixed driving conditions.

The revamped interior and exterior designs are largely consistent with its predecessor, apart from a fresh "Silver Dawn" color option added to the lineup. The electric powertrain is comprised of a 1.5-liter engine coupled with an electric motor that produces a combined output of 204 horsepower.
The battery pack is capable of delivering a combined range of up to 125 kilometers on electric-only mode, making short trips more convenient.
MG HS
MG HS is positioned as a medium and large SUV and retains the familiar exterior design of its predecessor. It features an advanced front-grille design with distinct, reflective trim that increases visual recognition.
In terms of dimensions, the MG HS measures 5,016 limes 1,909 x 1,802 mm and an overall length of 3,000 mm to better accommodate passengers.
The new model boasts impressive power-to-weight ratios thanks to its advanced DMH mixed-motor technology. The drivetrain includes a powerful 110 kWh battery pack that can deliver a fuel efficiency rating ranging from 6.3 liters/100 km in WLTC driving conditions.
