New Electric Vehicle Brand Faraday X to Launch by 2025
A new electric vehicle (EV) brand under the Faradady Group, Faraday X (FX), is expected to launch its first batch of products before the end of 2025. The company has started recruiting key staffing for production planning, quality planning, and vehicle development roles.
In September this year, FF announced a dual-brand strategy and officially launched Faraday X. The new brand's mission aims to create high-performance vehicles at lower prices using "two times performance, half the price," which is a focus on artificial intelligence-powered (AIEV) vehicles products.
Faraday X has already established partnerships with four Chinese automobile manufacturers, signing two strategic cooperation agreements and two gentleman's agreement memoranda. The model lineup for Faraday X includes FX 5 (exhibited price zone between $10,000-$15,000) and FX 6 (exhibit price zone between $30,000-$50,000), which are expected to be equipped with either advanced boost and pure electric power systems.
The first product from Faraday X is anticipated to launch before the end of 2025. However, funding for a formal time release would impact the timeline
